Arm and Signal

MYO is a gesture control armband that recognizes the electrical impulses in your muscles. As the Director of Developer Relations of Thalmic Labs, Scott Greenberg, says, 'the MYO recognizes the gestures you are making almost before you do them.'

Pre-orders that will be shipping in early 2014 can be made today at Thalmic Labs for $149.

'Add gesture control to anything.'

The Developer Program will be launched in the next few months, giving out exclusive early access of software and devices to developers. You can subscribe to be notified when it is launched.

On the video, they show gesture control integrated different devices. Some of them are the iPhone 5, Sphero Robot Ball by Orbotix, Rift VR Headset by Oculus or the AR Drone 2.0 by Parrot.
