A reminder to self

- Check email once or twice a day—never first thing in the morning
- Don't reply to messages too fast and schedule responses for the next business day or week
- Capture all to-do items in one place
- Use the afternoons and weekends for what they are: for disconnecting
- Try to tackle two or three main items per day
- Get tasks that are stressing you out done first
- You can do anything, not everything
